Rob Holder is the owner of Interactive Leadership Solutions and is a successful business leader with a track record of facilitating and fostering high-impact and lasting change. With his years of experience in the corporate sector and today’s proven management methods and training techniques he is able to help students maximize their learning. His diverse career spans from an early professional life in the U.S. Air Force to Senior Instructor and Course Developer with CMT Services, he brings 30+ years of practical leadership experience to our classrooms.

-More than 30 years of experience in Program Management.
-Considered an industry expert in Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) and -Earned Value Management (EVM) delivering against PBC and EVM standards and methodologies.
-Successfully led complex information technology software and enterprise infrastructure programs for various clients.
-Managed high-level performance based initiatives in support of the Federal government within the Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland -Security, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Federal Law Enforcement.
