My name is Eunjin Han, and I am a Ph.D. student in Education at George Mason University. My research focuses on students’ mental health, academic success, and the organizational structures that support or hinder student well-being. I also study how counseling services, career development, and emerging technologies such as AI advising tools shape student success and retention in higher education. I bring a strong foundation in psychology, with a master’s degree from Yonsei University. My goal is to advance scholarship and practice that improve access, equity, and holistic student support in higher education.
