Leadership and talent development
Dr. Costello is an experienced leader and talent development professional with over 30 years of experience in the public, non-profit and higher education sectors. Her expertise is in leading human resource organizations, developing organization-wide supervisory and leadership development and mentoring programs, performance management redesign, and strategic planning. She has facilitated and implemented large organizational change initiatives. Dr. Costello’s research interests are in the areas of citizen engagement and leadership development. She is currently researching organizations that use the GROW coaching model as part of their leadership development programming.
