NCC Congratulates

New Century College congratulates two students honored at the Black Excellence Gala held at Mason on February 27, 2016. First, Aja Clark, an integrative studies major, won the Spirit of King Award that recognizes a student who has made exceptional contributions to the development of a multicultural campus community. Next, Kalia Harris, a community health major and Alternative Break assistant with the Social Action and Integrative Learning program received the Social Action Award. Both award recipients were nominated by faculty and peers in recognition of their efforts to promote inclusion and social justice across all Mason platforms.
