Leadership and Organizational Development Concentration

This concentration combines a liberal arts curriculum and the practicality of business skills. Focuses around a central idea: knowing how people react to organizations and how organizations react to people. Provides a foundation for the pursuit of graduate degrees, as well as the skills employers are seeking in a wide variety of career fields such as business, events management, health services, leadership, and nonprofit organizations. Students have the opportunity to declare a business minor while pursuing this concentration.
