Mike Kostrzewa

Mike Kostrzewa has more than 35 years of experience as a human resources professional with Fortune 500 companies such as GTE, GE, ITT, and local professional services companies serving federal and commercial clients. He has lived and worked both in Europe and North America. Kostrzewa also worked as a consultant for more than 11 years serving clients in both the public and private sectors and has expertise in compensation and performance management systems design. 

Kostrzewa taught as adjunct faculty at the School of Business and Management at National-Louis University, George Mason University, the Keller Graduate School of Management, and Marymount University. He has been a visiting professor at Johns Hopkins University and has been published in human resource professional journals. He holds an MAIS and a PhD in education/instructional technology from George Mason University.

He has worked with various professional and philanthropic organizations and currently serves on the boards for Community Living Alternatives, a non-profit operating community homes for developmentally disabled adults, and the Friends for the Center of the Arts at George Mason.
