Course Information from the University Catalog

Internships will provide an opportunity for students to gain practical experience, reflect on those experiences, and apply academic theories outside of the normal classroom environment. Students will apply academic theories learned in the classroom to situations that arise in the work environment. Students must obtain approval and complete an internship proposal application in order to be registered for the course. Notes: Course does not have a regular meeting time; students submit work via blog and e-mail; some meetings with instructor. Offered by Conflict Analysis & Resolution. May be repeated within the degree for a maximum 9 credits.
