Independent Study and Teaching Assistantship

Independent Study – INTS 365, 465, 595

Open to all majors! Students interested in working with a professor over the semester on a topic you agree upon, should connect with a professor that they have already taken a course with to discuss this opportunity. These typically range from 1 – 3 credits (normal tuition applies), based on the amount of work. If you agree to a plan with a professor, you can complete this Individualized Contract Form detailing the focus, assignments, and meeting plan. Submit to the email detailed on the form. Submissions are welcome as soon as registration opens for that semester, but no later than noon on the second Monday of the intended semester (the course add deadline) so that there is time to review and create this course before Registration closes. May be repeated within the term for a maximum 12 credits.
