Congratulations to the New Century College (NCC) first year students who received letters indicating they have been chosen to receive the College of Humanities and Social Sciences’ (CHSS) Dean’s Freshman Academic Achievement Award, which recognizes talented freshmen in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. More than 29% of the 266 awardees are NCC Integrative Studies and/or Cornerstones students.
On Monday, March 31, 2014 at 4:30pm, CHSS will host a special reception in Dewberry Hall for award recipients, showcasing special opportunities available for academically-talented and motivated students and providing details about several special scholarships only available to recipients of the award.
