Research Study Examining for Mason Enrolled Undergraduate Students

We are recruiting participants for a research study examining the developmental pathways linking parental emotion socialization constructs to college students’ academic outcomes, with a particular focus on the mediating roles of emotion regulation and social competence. We aim to investigate whether and how early perceived parental behaviors related to support and coaching of emotions are associated with young adults’ capacity to manage emotions and engage in positive peer and sibling relationships. Your participation will require 58 minutes of your time.

  • Participants must be a Mason enrolled undergraduate student
  • Participants must be over the age of 18
