Dr. Cher Chen co-authored a book International Human Rights: A Survey and it has been published by Cambridge. The e-book is now available worldwide. It adopts an interdisciplinary approach incorporating anthropological, legal, political, and sociological perspectives. The book covers those understudied issues in the field of human rights including cultural rights, environmental protection and human rights, and the rights of marginalized groups such as LGBGTQ+ rights, children's rights, disabilities rights, indigenous rights, women's rights etc.
