Focusing on the individual, examines the growing research, science, and literature on well-being and resilience. Considers numerous evidence-based practical tools and skills to develop resilience and increase happiness learned in an interactive format and practiced in community. Explores how resilience promotes personal growth and restores efficacy and agency, leading to higher levels of flourishing. Offered by School of Integrative Studies. Limited to three attempts.
