This course explores the art and science of meditation and mindfulness, and the biology, effects, and interventions for stress and explore how best to manage the stress response. Students will engage in meditation practices both in and outside of class. Course meets MTWR from 10:00am - 4:00pm January 4 - January 14, 2016.
