Art and Consciousness Transformation is a studio-based contemplative art course. This course explores the creative process and how it affects an individual's consciousness, and the role that art plays in personal transformation. ACT introduces a creative approach to self-awareness and wellbeing. This course offers an opportunity to transform thoughts and ideas into form, to bring them from the inner world into the external world, and to cultivate the ability to examine them in different ways. Students become aware how creativity can enhance life.
